Doing the hangover dance again.

It appears sorta like that, but it’s slower, and generally looks more like a nap.

I hope everyone had equally exhausting weekends as I did, but only if it was brought on by fun and hijinx, because I’m a fan of that kind. The kind brought on by working a double shift at the jobby job, I’m not so much.

I suppose technically, the cloud of exhaustion I’m currently under was brought on by my job, but mine isn’t one spent washing dishes, framing houses, or being verbally abused by the general public, so I’ll still take it as a win.

Laying mostly wrecked on my sofa on Saturday morning, I was licking my wounds and debating whether or not I was going to get myself vertical in order to get to Sacramento for this thing;

I promised I’d make it, but you know how it goes when you get sucked in to home improvement shows.

Finally, I got most of my shit together (save for a clean pair of socks, any riding gear, a sleeping bag, or a toothbrush), and I was on the road. Arriving right on time, I promptly ordered a beer and got to watching the Squid kids, Paul Component Engineering kids, and the Sierra Nevada kids setting up their tents and preparing for the onslaught of Sac’s many cruiser clubs.

Eventually the population swelled and I snapped off a few shots;

Once the Kruiser Nation™ took their leave, we cleaned up, and got cracking on our own rip;

And that is pretty much the last thing I remember aside fro eating a gigantic plate of Mexican food and getting mauled by three lovable blockheads at Blue Collar Robert and Cary’s house.

So with all of this in mind, you’ll please excuse the fact that I don’t have a properly proper post here today.

In closing, I’ll mention that as I said on Friday, I took delivery of a fat wad of AHTBM x Blk Prjkt skateboard decks, exactly half of which are currently up in the store now.

If you’d like one, I’d say get cracking, because they’re sure not to stay there long.

Once you get one, you can engage in a proper sort of dance that’s not the hangover kind;

Which in my opinion beats the hangover kind ten out of ten times.

Spread this like it's sick

    I love that board man, you guys really did an excellent job on the graphics choice and especially the shape. I’m going to be bummed when that thing eventually breaks, I love that squared off shovel nose.

    I keep looking for your jobs downside.
    So far, I got nothing. ‘Cept maybe tinnitus and a beat down liver, but hey, you can get those almost anywhere and with far less associated fun.

    I’m all thumbs, even on my feet, so rollerskatingboards were never quite my thing. I could slowly circle around on my driveway and mostly not hurt myself. That said, I really dig the decks you put out. Absurd art always grabs me.
