All aboard the S.S. Heidüde.

Get ready to set sail on a sea of cat photos;

I should apologize for today’s post’s brevity in advance but alas, laying about with a healing cat has pretty much been the extent of my walking hours these last many days. I’ll get up what I can, and mostly just promise to do better in the future.

While my friends back home frolic and jump off docks, and keep Bellingham the drunkest city in Washington State, I’m over here being a good cat dad.

But who could resist this little face?;

I certainly can’t.

However even with getting pinned down by the likes of His Fuzziness, between feedings and med dispersal, (he’s doing much, much better today);

I’ve been able to get out and about here and there.

One thing that I was especially honored to get called into duty for was the assistance in transporting a skatebox Barker Barrett built for Jeffery Cheung for an upcoming Unity Skateboards show at the SF MOMA;

I couldn’t find much info about it other than the fact that it opens next month and will run for the following six months;

I’m going to try and get back for it, as I try and never miss a chance to celebrate the hard work of people I love. Certainly, if you’re in the Bay Area, get your body in to check it out yourself.

Speaking of skateboarding, this month officially stands as over two years since I set foot on one after blowing my knee out/undergoing preliminary surgical repair, and I’m worse at it than ever, but still love it the most;

Really, frontside slappies are the be all/end all of pure joy, so if that’s all I’m left with, so be it.

Lastly, as I do, I’d like to present the 137th episode of the no-award winning Revolting podcast;

Buckle up, buttercups. We’re gonna sink faster than expected.

Spread this like it's sick

    If I’m left with nothing but frontside slappies for the rest of my skating days – and I pretty much am at this point – that’s enough to keep me going.

    That photo of IKE with his eyes closed, chillin’ in the garden, sun, and with his homie is amazing. The IG post of him on Buddy’s grave was poignant. Viva el IKE!

    I’ve been loving the podcast! Nice to listen to folks who share a similar view of the world, a love of cycling, outdoors, music, and beer-fueled shenanigans. Thanks!
