All work and no play makes a person something, something.

All work and no play makes a person something, something.

Firstly, I would be remiss not to notify interested parties of this;

Now, as I've repeatedly mentioned elsewhere, these last two weeks have found me buried under work like I've not known for some time. The bar where I'm occasionally employed has recently replaced the floor and I somehow have gotten wrapped up in every single task associated with the project, all of which needed to be done yesterday, but it certainly looks better than it did before;

And now that we have a fully functioning bar again, I'm working doubles for the next four weeks so I suppose I'll see these parts when I can.

In the meantime Ive been working on a project with Smith from Ratking that I think I can unbag the cat about;

If you're like me, and have a penchant for canti brakes and Saint Peter, then this item is one you might be interested in. If no one is, I guess I'll have a bunch for my own.

Has anyone been watching the Tour? Lots of bike racing has been happing in it, but the most important developments was that VDP ate a popsicle;

You know who's got two thumbs and brings you all of the most important cycling news in the world?

This guy.

Also, for those who care, there is a brand new Swami John Reis record fixing to be shipped next month, and word on the street is that this is the one that's gonna have the final Hot Snakes songs on it, though in his Razorcake interview he said they were going to be coming out on Sub Pop, so who really knows?

Either way, I'm real excited about this, and if your ears are shaped like mine, you probably are too.

Oh, and also-

Great gügly mügly are the next few months gonna sound good.

Finally, because I have to do a million things to keep my head above water and I'm forever behind the 8 ball these days, the best I can do is offer the newest episode of Revolting;

More play> and <less work, you know what I'm saying?
