Happy Holidays, and stuff.

I've been sitting on the header photo for today's effort for about a year, so for me, this year's holidays are already complete.
It's Christmas Eve today, which means about as much to me as the eve of any other day of the year, but for those who celebrate, Happy Whatever's Your Poison Day, and also, D.F.T.S.I.
Ahead of anything however, I should note that today's post will be a brief one. Not a thing has happened on this particular side of the fence, but if it pleases you, I'll direct you to the elite men's race at Zonhoven;
Of course it pleases you, and if anything, only serves to remind you that whatever you are doing when you do a cyclocross race is, in fact, not racing cyclocross.
I couldn't find the elite women's race, but then again, I can't quite figure out how to navigate that corner of the internet. If anyone can direct me to the place, please to link it in the comments and I'll plug it in here.
Found it, thanks to Ferrentino;
But when it comes to the Season of Giving®©™, if you are the sort who prefers to give gifts to yourself than to others, or at the very least, give yourself the sorts of gifts that you know no one else would, let's now circle back around to RC trucks for a second.
If when you were a child you would lose hours on a pile of dirt making roads, and bridges, and digging tunnels, and you haven't yet gotten into the RC truck hobby, stop what you're doing and feast your eyes on this;
I was gifted a set of bead locks and new tires last summer but they've been sitting on my shelf ever since. This past weekend, Poo Shoe Joe was in my studio and commenting on how sticky the tires were. This compelled to not only swap out the old rim and tire combo, but to ditch the old stock servo and replace it with a slight upgrade. While I love playing with these little things, working on them drives me up the fucking wall. Tiny screws, tiny washers, tiny fittings, tiny parts, and big, clumsy, dumb fingers. Saying that I was brought to tears would be an exaggeration, but I did heave several super aggressive sighs, and utter a number of expletives through clenched teeth.
For those who are curious, the platform is an Axiel SCX24, the tires and rims are Injora, and the body is some 3D printed number I bought from a maker on Etsy, which is attached the the chassis with a combination of rare earth magnets, and little circles of velcro.
I would very much like to be able to make cool stuff like 24 Yep Trey like his VW van, and Bug which I covet in ways that even make me blush;
In regards to the van , Trey said "it's not meant to be capable- It's meant to look sick." It really does.
If you'd like to take a look at more of his creations, he's all up on them Instant Grahams.
Anyhü, I can only half-ass these creations. Maybe you can do stuff like that though, and if this type of shenanigan strikes your fancy, go forth, and make me proud.
Finally, because I'm bored of being on a computer, and have other things I'd rather be doing today, please allow me to present a brand new episode of Revolting;

Thanks Mike. I appreciate you coming through.
I know you once called the front range your home, but it makes me wonder if you remember seeing the mega lifted monster-truck-ified Camaro that was always parked off of the north side of i70 in a Georgetown trailer Park. Same vibes. I’ve been keeping an eye out for it since the late 90s, a subtle reminder to follow your dreams. Alas, it is no longer, but was an icon of badassery for over 20 years.
The UCI deserves plenty of ire for transgressions past, but live streaming and rebroadcasting the CX World Cups is a step in the right direction. https://www.youtube.com/user/ucichannel/videos?app=desktop
