fourth place is the third loser.

fourth place is the third loser.

Firstly, right from the jump, I'd like to share a  little love for Donkelope Greg;

Heavy is the head who wears the crown, no doubt, but it was high time that he enjoyed a bit of local celebrity;

And speaking of Greg kinda, few might know that one of his favorite bands is The Sword, so it was serendipitous that they and a reunited Red Fang will be playing in Portland on the same weekend as the 2026 MADE show;

Don't forget to wear your earplugs.

Or at least bring them. Into which orifice you insert them is your business.

Now, because my mind is a warzone, moving on to wholly unrelated, and secondarily important topics- I was having a conversation about a video I once had posted here in the 'One For The Weekend' segment of the site which I'd really like help finding.

As near as I can remember, the premise is this- There's a cop sitting inside of a car talking himself up and trying to find his confidence. You assume it's his first day at the prescient or something and as he gets out and is walking through a neighborhood, he hears an old woman crying for help. I feel like maybe her cat got stolen, but the years play tricks. Anyway, he gives chase and as he and the perp engage in a struggle, his clothes all come immediately off, and you quickly realize he was stripper dressed as a cop. He cuffs the perp, who then immediately breaks free due to the fact that the stripper cop's cuffs are a plastic prop, and escapes.

Does this ring a bell to anyone?

I looked though 'likes' and such on various Vimeo profiles and I couldn't find anything.

I did find this one though, which gave me all of the feels;

I swear the original iteration of Ritte was just too good for this world.

Oh boy... And I also found this one, which if you're a veteran of this site will assuredly remember;

It's been 16 years since Eliot shared it with the world and I still haven't fully recovered.

In other news of heavy hearts, some here might remember the name Ken Takeda from skateboard days of old. Along with Shewegy, TG, Mic-e, and the like, he was one of The OG City Boys. Sadly, he died suddenly last week;

Dude was a fixture, and while the adage of 'there's no bad dead person or ugly bride' comes to mind, (I paraphrase), Ken really was one of the good ones. I wish peace for his loved ones, and appreciation to him for his effortless kindness.

Now that we've gotten through all of that, and your cheeks are most assuredly still soggy with tears, let's get on with the new episode of Revolting;

While we might not be the best at what we do, in the echelon of losers we're definitely among the best.
