Looking good down there.

Firstly, I’d like to show y’all the finality of my brand new studio;

How dope is that? Truth be told, the only reason I wanted it was to get another spot to nap.

For the sake of full disclosure, I hadda wait to make my time there official by getting commercial insurance which was a curious, and grown up thing to do, but I did, and I’m off to the races. If you know the spot, swing by and say hi. I suppose at some point in the very near future I’ll have regular business hours (Monday and Wednesday I reckon), and I’ll definitely be there for the upcoming first Friday art walk.

So, besides committing my whole life to rounding out the bunker, on Saturday afternoon Kirsten and Joe asked me if I’d like to go camping with them Sunday night. I said ‘yeah maybe’, or something equally non-committal, and then preceded to go to my bar job until 4:00 in the morning.

Waking up at the crack of five hours later, I received a text from Kristen asking me if I was going. Probably still a bit boozy, and sleep deprived, I said yes and hauled ass to the grocery store for supplies. Somehow within a couple of hours I was ready to go, so we hit the road. Eventually we came upon a real pretty spot and barfed all of our stuff into the dirt.

For the next 28 hours life looked real peaceful;

Because it was such a clusterfuck getting out of my house, I forgot my bag of miniature items to bounce out of the bed, but I’ll get to making those videos again eventually.

I’m sorry and I thank you for your time and consideration on this matter.

Having covered all of that, I feel as though it’s my duty to give a brief second-hand recap of the most recent running of the infamous Single Speed USA, which just happened in Kansas City;

In a text exchange with Thad who has there conductor of the gong show, he broke it down thusly;

So some dude from Arizona intentionally does me with an LSD-laced 50 mg gummy at about 7pm last night. Then, when I figured out it was him, we got into a fight – mostly verbal – and I lost my shit.I went downhill from there. Two people in the hospital from last night so far. Over 100 people for an urban ride was pure madness.

Now, I haven’t been to a properly organized one speed event in a long time, but it doesn’t sound like they’ve gotten any less chaotic since I’ve been away.

Maybe one day I’ll return and dose Thad again for good measure.

Finally in closing, I present the 90th episode of Revolting;

In today’s episode we talk about roommates. The good ones we have had, and the bad ones we’ve had, and everything in-between.

I also meander away in various stories and forget what I was talking about.

If you’re a proud bottom dweller, it’s a real bonanza for the soul, because down here we all look good.

Spread this like it's sick

      Dammit. I hadn’t realized I’d already picked that one when it first came out.

      How about you listen to Plastic Eternity until next week.
