    And he made a joke on Twitter about how USA Cycling fined him $200.

      The fine was the joke he had permission to film and only used about 200 yards of the actual course after turn one off the pavement.

      Funny thing. It was TJ driving around the course in some kind of Volkswagen or another. I guess it was just a matter of time before the powers that be saw that as a bad idea.
