It’s been a busy one;
Now that I have nearly 100 boxes scored, folded and waiting, in which I’ll pack the next shipment of boards, I’m prepared to get my application dusted off and submitted to Little Caesars.
Since I have that all ready to go, I spent the weekend fairly well upside down with two visiting Lincolnites;
This is Gina and Caro. Gina and I had only met one another on this day in particular, but Caro and I have long been acquainted via her efforts on this here site. She just so happens to be the one responsible for posts such as this one here.
It was a pleasure to spend the day in their shadows (they’re both really tall), and concluded our time together with a chalk fight at last call;
I woulda made a sweet cocaine joke had I not been so insanely hungover. As it was, I was, and I did not.
Another person who’s been lurking in the recesses of this site for a number of years of course is George, pictured here;
This was about 10 years ago, I’m hairier now.
Today he get in touch with just a dose of the latter;
I rode a mountain bike yesterday, thanks global warming. And then it snowed this morning.
As for my part, I’m still making my way with a big fat scar across my shoulder, and as such, am still not allowed to play with the other children;
I’ll be getting my stitches out on Wednesday, which is good, but I’ve been warned against doing anything that might potentially reopen the incision for seven weeks.
Since seven weeks is bullpucky, I’m opting for two, and will resume the regularly scheduled nonsense then.
And speaking of two weeks, and circling back around to today’s opening image, Jacob at Clutch Distribution has given me the heads up that in two weeks time, I will be getting another shipment of the aforementioned AHTBM skateboard decks to chuck in them thar boxes;
If by chance you missed out on the last run, sit tight, and we’ll have another batch in faster than you can say ‘will you be my neighbor?‘
Finally, I will make another mention of the pre-order for the Worship Satan, Respect women Ts and Hoodies, which will close in three weeks;
If you want one, jump in the store and place your order. As I’ve noted in the fine print, if you prefer something like a women’s cut, or an XXL size, or what have you, just include a note with your order and I’ll handle the rest.
It’s easy as pie.
